1. This product is a crosslinking agent used to make resins, coatings and adhesives.
2. A raw material for preparing cancer drugs
3. Ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is mainly used in the plastic and rubber industries as a crosslinking agent for ethylene-acrylic acid copolymers, ABS, acrylic sheets, pipes, glass fiber reinforced polyester, PVC, ion exchange resins, smokeless powder coating polymerization, glazing, etc. The polymers involved in the copolymerization have increased hardness, heat resistance, weather resistance, solvent resistance and friction resistance. It is also used in artificial marble, dental materials, emulsion copolymers, papermaking, rubber peroxide hardening modifiers, adhesives, inks, and optical polymers.
Safety Information
Hazards: Flammable, irritating to skin, eyes and respiratory tract.
Protective measures: Wear protective glasses, gloves and gas mask during operation.
Storage conditions
Temperature: Refrigerate at 2-8℃, avoid light.
Stability: Stabilizer needs to be added to prevent polymerization.
