I. Core use: high-performance cold-resistant plasticizer
Ultra-low temperature PVC products:
Used for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) cable sheaths, automotive cold zone sealing strips, polar equipment shells, etc., and still maintains flexibility at -60℃ (better than ordinary plasticizers).
Special synthetic rubber modification:
Added to nitrile rubber (NBR) and chloroprene rubber (CR), it improves the brittle crack resistance of elastomers in severe cold environments (such as spacecraft seals).
Food/medical grade soft products:
Comply with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 standards, used for food packaging films, medical infusion tubes, etc. (low migration, non-toxic exudation).
II. Special industrial additives
Aviation lubricant base oil:
As the core component of synthetic ester lubricants, it is used in jet engines and helicopter rotor systems (-50℃ low-temperature start-up, high-temperature stability up to 200℃).
Military explosive stabilizer:
Reduces sensitivity in nitroglycerin (NG)-based explosives to prevent accidental detonation during transportation/storage (such as propellant modification).
Polymer material processing aid:
Improve the melt fluidity of engineering plastics (such as nylon) and reduce injection molding defects.
III. Functional material synthesis intermediates
Synthetic advanced grease:
React with lithium soap/complex aluminum-based thickener to prepare high and low temperature resistant grease (-40℃~180℃).
Preparation of environmentally friendly coating film-forming agent:
After hydrolysis to sebacic acid, it synthesizes water-based polyester resin, which is used for automotive primer (enhanced adhesion and salt spray resistance).
Explosive Hazard Characteristics: Can react with oxidants. Flammable Hazard Characteristics: It is more flammable when exposed to open flames, high temperatures, and strong oxidants; Combustion emissions stimulate smoke. Storage and transportation characteristics: Complete packaging, light loading and handling; Warehouse ventilation, away from open flames, high temperatures, and stored separately from oxidants.
